360 Awards: What are they and how do I get them?

360Score.me has various awards for users who reach certain milestones of engagement and responsiveness. These awards are presented within the 360 report given to the employee that qualifies for them. The rewards are listed as follows:

360 All Star Award

This award is given to any employee who receives a composite score of B+ or higher for their peer review survey. 

Top Responder Award

This is given to user any user whose response rate scores in the top 25% of their organization. 

It will be up to your individual organization as to how this information is utilized, but 360Score.me allows supervisors to see who their top performers are as well as who is contributing the most to the peer review process.
