How 360Score.me Secures Anonymity

360Score.me was created because we saw that organizations were struggling to get truth in the room. There's a whole bunch of folks out there who are comfortable being transparent and sharing the truth. But a significant portion of people do not feel comfortable even though their leadership may have an open door policy.

The reality is a significant portion of the population just does not feel like they have the safety or comfort to disclose exactly what they're feeling at work. But we as leaders and team members want to make sure that our peers are completely transparent and open with what's going on in their mind, whether it be about individual behaviors or collectively about what their organization is doing.

That's why 360Score.me was created, in order to create that opportunity to have true anonymity. 360 preserves anonymity with a wide variety of methods, but most importantly, it does not even share feedback with leaders until there's at least five unique responses in any given survey. This preserves and protects people's ability to share their truth without an administrator going in and being able to identify things like who was responding and at what time frame.

So that creates an opportunity for people to truly share what's on their mind. At the same time, we do understand that people are sometimes cynical and do not fully appreciate the level of anonymity protections that are in place. To establish trust, it may take one or two surveys for an organization to get comfortable to share their truth. But the reality is, in any organization, if we don't know what we're doing wrong, if we don't know what we're doing right, we don't know what to keep doing and what to stop doing.

That transparency is what allows us to get to a better spot. And hopefully 360Score.me will allow you to be able to share truth with each other and bring your organization to the next level.
