Every Pulse comment has one anonymous author. That author can always see their own thread. Managers and supervisors can see threads from people on their team and further down their reporting line. SuperAdmins can see everything. When you reply to your own thread, your reply stays anonymous. When a manager or supervisor replies to someone else's thread, their name and role are shown so the author knows who is speaking. To learn more click here.
