My Surveys & Responses

Formerly the “My Surveys" page, My Surveys & Responses organizes access to: Your Open Surveys (inclusive of all types of surveys), Closed 360 Peer Survey and Your Company Happiness Responses

  • Open Surveys: This will be where you can find all your open 360 Peer, Skip Level and Company Happiness surveys. Once a Survey closes, it will move from the Open Surveys to either the Closed 360 Peer Surveys or Company Happiness Responses areas, whichever applies.
    • Note: If you an incomplete or partially completed open survey,  a yellow exclamation point icon will appear next to the applicable survey.  Regardless of whether a survey is complete or not, once a survey expires/closes, it will move to the “Closed 360 Peer Survey” or "Company Happiness" area, depending on the type of survey it is. Skip level surveys will appear in the Closed 360 Peer Surveys area.

  • Closed 360 Peer Surveys: View the responses you submitted for each 360 Peer Review Survey.
    • Note: Submitted surveys will show a green checkmark icon. Surveys that were incomplete as of survey expiration/close are marked with a yellow exclamation point icon.

Company Happiness Responses

There are various levels of access on this tab:

  1. Employee-Level Access with No Direct Reports: The Company Happiness Response area will display a user's responses, for which their identity is anonymized.  These comments are marked with an identifying icon "you." In the event a direct or indirect Supervisor responds to said user's response, it will appear in this area with a red notification indicating the number of unread responses.  These red notification icons will appear next to "My Surveys & Responses" in the navigation menu, next to Company Happiness Area label and next to the applicable Survey Name listing available in the "Survey Name" dropdown. An Employee-Level user may respond to any indirect/direct Supervisor's comment while maintaining anonymity by clicking "reply" in the comment thread. Supervisors who respond to Employee-Level comments are NOT anonymous so as to facilitate transpranency and accountability across the corporate culture.
  2. For Supervisors: Supervisors can manage Company Happiness comments/replies from two angles in this area: A) From an Employee-Level angle - Supervisor's Company Happiness comments submitted on a Happiness Survey are treated in the same way as described in the "Employee-Level Access with No Direct Reports above; and B) From a Supervisor-Level angle - Depending on a Supervisor's position on the org chart, they will see the anonymized comments of their direct/indirect Reports, which you will be able to respond to by clicking on "reply" in the applicable comment thread. Supervisors who respond will be identified to maintain transparency and accountability.
